These terms govern your use of the Aayra Atelier website (the "Site") and set out the basis on which we provide information about our blinds, curtains, tracks, accessories, and motorization services. By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
On-site measurement, fabrication, and installation services are offered across Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Faridabad, Greater Noida, and surrounding areas) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Location pages on the Site (for example /areas) describe areas we market to; service availability is confirmed when you enquire.
2. Website content
Product descriptions, images, pricing references, lead times, and technical information on the Site are for general guidance only and do not constitute a binding offer. Product photography on category pages is AI-generated or supplied for Aayra Atelier marketing unless otherwise credited in /public/images/CREDITS.md. We may update content without notice.
You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You must not scrape, copy, or republish Site content, misuse our contact forms, or attempt to interfere with Site security or analytics systems.
3. Enquiries, quotes & orders
When you submit the contact form, Atelier Match finder (/finder), or contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp, you agree to provide accurate information. Quotes and proposals we issue are valid for the period stated on the document.
Orders proceed only on agreed written specifications, payment milestones, and lead times. Fabric, hardware, and motor brands are specified in your quote; OEM warranties apply as documented on your invoice.
4. Site visits & installation
You are responsible for providing safe access to openings, accurate dimensions where self-reported, and a work area ready for installation. Delays caused by incomplete site readiness, hidden obstructions, or changes requested after fabrication may affect schedule and cost.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. For supply and installation contracts, liability is limited to the remedies and caps (if any) set out in your written agreement with us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, supply chain disruption beyond our reasonable control, or third-party courier/fabric mill timelines once materials are ordered.
6. Intellectual property
The Site design, text, logos, and original content are owned by or licensed to Aayra Atelier. Third-party brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
Trademarks
Brand and product names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. Aayra Atelier is an independent studio and installer; reference to third-party brands does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly agreed in writing.
7. Privacy & cookies
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy. The Site uses optional first-party analytics and Google Analytics on the live production Site, both gated by cookie consent.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply to you.
