1. Who we are
Aayra Atelier ("we", "us", "our") operates this marketing website and provides blinds, curtains, tracks, accessories, and motorization services. On-site measurement, fabrication, and installation services are offered across Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Faridabad, Greater Noida, and surrounding areas) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Information you provide
We collect personal data when you:
- Submit the contact form (name, phone, optional email, message, and optional project fields)
- Complete Atelier Match (/finder) — room, opening type, styles, interests, name, phone, and optional email
- Call us, email us, or message us on WhatsApp
We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange site visits, prepare quotes, deliver and support our services, and maintain business records. We do not sell your personal data.
Enquiries may be delivered by email (via Resend), optional WhatsApp notification (via CallMeBot when configured), or by opening WhatsApp in your browser if automated delivery is unavailable.
3. First-party analytics (with consent)
Our Site includes a consent banner before optional first-party analytics runs. If you reject non-essential tracking, these analytics do not collect events. If you accept (fully or via Customize), we may collect:
- Pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, and click interactions
- Navigation path, entry page, exit page, and session duration
- Traffic source, referrer, and UTM campaign parameters
- Device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language, and timezone
- Anonymous visitor and session identifiers stored in your browser
With separate optional consent for location & network, we may also store country, city, and IP address derived from your connection on our servers.
With optional contact identification consent, email or phone you voluntarily submit on forms may be linked to your visitor session to understand enquiry journeys.
Analytics events are sent to our first-party API (/api/analytics/collect, /api/analytics/session-end) and stored in server logs (JSONL files on our host and/or a webhook endpoint we configure). When enabled, we may email our team an aggregated session summary when you leave the Site, including contact details only if you submitted a form during that session and granted identification consent.

4. Google Analytics
On the live production Site we load Google Analytics (gtag.js, measurement ID G-DTKDMX22TM). Google may set cookies and collect usage data according to Google's privacy policy. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics in our cookie banner (Google Consent Mode). You can withdraw consent via Cookie settings, limit tracking via browser settings, ad-blockers, or Google's opt-out add-on.
Google Analytics does not run in local development or on non-production preview deployments.
5. Legal basis & retention
We process enquiry and contract data to take pre-contract steps and perform services you request. First-party and Google Analytics are processed on the basis of your consent when you accept analytics in our cookie banner.
We retain contact enquiries and project records as needed for customer service, accounting, and legal compliance. First-party analytics logs are kept for a limited period for reporting, then deleted or aggregated. Consent records remain until you reset preferences or clear browser storage.
6. Your rights
Under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) where it applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, or withdrawal of consent regarding personal data we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Third-party processors
We use trusted providers to operate the Site and handle enquiries:
- Hosting (e.g. Vercel) — serves the Site and API routes
- Resend — transactional email for contact notifications and optional session summaries
- CallMeBot (optional) — WhatsApp alerts to our team
- Google Analytics — website usage statistics on production
- WhatsApp — when you choose to message us or when the Site opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled enquiry
We may share installation partner details only as needed to fulfil your order. We do not sell analytics or contact data to advertising networks.
8. Security & international transfers
We use HTTPS, access controls on admin analytics routes, and rate limiting on public forms and APIs. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; please do not send sensitive payment card data through the contact form.
Some processors (for example email or analytics providers) may process data outside India. Where required, we rely on contractual safeguards offered by those providers.
9. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us to request deletion.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when our Site, tools, or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
